Welcome to Frirum
Frirum is a space for creative architectural thinking.
A space to share thoughts, hopes for the future and new perspectives; to criticise what is being built and praise what deserves it. To share your wildest ideas, or a day at the office that taught you something.
We believe that writing is an architectural practice. That is why we publish essays.
The magazine is published in themed issues. Each issue begins with an open call.
Deadline for the first open call: 1 December 2026
First issue published: 8 January 2027
